Art & Science
This work stems from collaborative courses with the science department, exploring intersections of science and art methodologies: we gather data, process, and meditate on the data, and output our findings. Students used scientific concepts and images as a source for art making, and art as a method of investigating science. We studied the history of scientific imaging and question the idea of a “truthful” image.
